Link 9, Bicester exemplifies this approach. The project delivered two Grade A distribution units, totalling nearly 290,000 sqft through an off-market forward-funding agreement. Strategically located adjacent to Junction 9 of the M40 in Oxfordshire, the scheme offers excellent motorway access and a deep labour catchment.
Sustainability was embedded from the outset, with the development completed to EPC ‘A’ and BREEAM ‘Very Good’ standard. The asset has attracted market-leading occupiers in the distribution and manufacturing sectors who have committed to long-term institutional leases.
