St Christopher’s Place is a rare, largely freehold West End estate, combining heritage architecture with a curated mix of retail, dining, offices and residences.

Its pedestrianised streets, vibrant square, and dynamic lifestyle offering create one of Central London’s most distinctive and resilient urban destinations.

Acquired in 2024 as part of the Balanced Commercial Property Trust take-private, St Christopher’s Place had not changed ownership for over 30 years. Brightbay supported a comprehensive review of the business plan, identifying a broad range of opportunities to materially increase the net rental income from the estate through public realm investment, enhancing the tenant mix and operational improvements. As a mixed-use and operationally intensive estate with 160 units, St Christopher’s Place demonstrates Brightbay’s ability to develop and execute complex business plans to enhance value.
